Shipping policy

•          Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from Mansehra.

•          Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3-6 business days depending on courier and location.

•          Cash on Delivery (COD) and online prepaid payment options are available for the product amount.

•          You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.

•          A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies on all orders, anywhere in Pakistan, and must be paid in advance to confirm the order.

•          Orders are dispatched only after the Rs. 200 advance delivery charge is received; the remaining product amount can be paid via COD or prepaid, as per your preference.
